Our Box Rail Sliding Door Hardware Kit makes operating even the heaviest barn doors a breeze. We took the old barn box rail, refined it, and brought it inside. The result? A Box Rail hardware kit that sets the industry standard. It features ball-bearing stainless steel trolleys, whisper-quiet polymer wheels, and super crisp track corners for effortless operation and distinctive design. This kit is American-made and weight-rated up to 400lbs per door.

We made our box rail hardware kits to solve two problems: Heavy doors need strong enough hardware to hold them up, and they need to move easily. We couldn't find a box rail kit that fit the bill, so we made our own.
We make our box rail kits with the utmost attention to detail. We make our trolley hangers in stainless steel with ball bearings and high-quality polymer wheels. Commonly, box rails are extruded through roller dies. We have ours individually bent to our specifications on a metal bending brake.
This gives our track super crisp corners. These features make the system roll smoothly, even if the door is heavy. It rolls so smoothly you can push the door open with virtually no effort. So it's easy to use for everyone, including kiddos and elderly folks.
We include a pair of end stops with every kit, so that your door doesn't roll out of the end of the rail. We also include an end cover for the rail ends for a crisp final look.
And if you choose the soffit mount option, we designed ours so they're super easy to install.

There are several possible mounting and door configuration options. Multiple doors can be added to the track. Simply make sure to change the “quantity of doors on track” to the number of doors you’ll be using, so we can send you the hardware you’ll need.

A Box Rail hardware kit that sets the industry standard. It features ball-bearing stainless steel trolleys, whisper-quiet polymer wheels, and super crisp track corners for effortless operation and distinctive design. This kit is American-made and weight-rated up to 400lbs per door.

All our Box Rail Kits are made in the United States and shipped directly from our warehouse in Gig Harbor, Washington.
We made our box rail hardware kits to solve two problems: Heavy doors need strong enough hardware to hold them up, and they need to move easily. We couldn't find a box rail kit that fit the bill, so we made our own.
We make our box rail kits with the utmost attention to detail. We make our trolley hangers in stainless steel with ball bearings and high-quality polymer wheels. Commonly, box rails are extruded through roller dies. We have ours individually bent to our specifications on a metal bending brake.
This gives our track super crisp corners. These features make the system roll smoothly, even if the door is heavy. It rolls so smoothly you can push the door open with virtually no effort. So it's easy to use for everyone, including kiddos and elderly folks.
We include a pair of end stops with every kit, so that your door doesn't roll out of the end of the rail. We also include an end cover for the rail ends for a crisp final look.
And if you choose the soffit mount option, we designed ours so they're super easy to install.
