Once your project details are confirmed, we’ll send a personalized digital invoice outlining your order and 50% deposit.

4. Place Your Deposit

Secure your order by paying the deposit—no credit checks or third-party financing needed.

5. Crafting Begins

Our expert team handcrafts your custom product over 8–14 weeks, keeping you informed throughout the process.

6. Final Payment & Delivery

When your order is ready, you'll receive a final invoice. Once payment is complete, your door is shipped directly to you.

Any custom door, countertop, mantel, or shelf valued at or above $3,000 before taxes is eligible for deposits.

Once you submit the form, a RealCraft sales and design consultant will reach out to discuss your project, finalize your order details, and walk you through the deposit process. You can expect to hear back in 1 business day.

No, we don't conduct credit checks as part of the approval process for deposits.

After your item is built, a final invoice of 50% of your order value plus any applicable taxes is due in order for your item to be shipped to you.

Shop Pay Installments are offered through Affirm and include flexible financing. Shop Pay is available on orders up to $17,000 while there is no upper limit on our deposit program. Deposits are not subject to financing.

Yes, your order is still subject to any applicable taxes, which are part of your final invoice.
