In this role, you’ll work hands-on with solid wood every day—cutting joinery, assembling custom doors, sanding, fitting hardware, and helping turn raw material into finished products that ship to homes across the country. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision, works well with a team, and understands that consistency matters just as much as craftsmanship. The position pays $23–$25 per hour and includes healthcare, PTO, paid holidays, and a matching IRA. At RealCraft, you’ll work in a real woodshop alongside people who care deeply about what they build.
