There’s something satisfying about taking solid wood and turning it into a door that will be part of a home for decades. We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Craftsperson to join our production team at our Gig Harbor shop. You’ll machine, assemble, sand, and prepare custom doors and components, working with traditional joinery, quality materials, and the kind of attention to detail that shows in the finished product. This role is ideal for an experienced woodworker who is comfortable with shop machinery and hand tools and takes real pride in the quality of their work. The position pays $23–$25 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a matching IRA. At RealCraft, you’ll work alongside skilled craftspeople and contribute directly to custom doors that are built by hand, from start to finish, in our Gig Harbor shop.
