If you like variety and don’t mind jumping in wherever you’re needed, the Shop Hand role gives you a chance to work across several parts of our production floor. You’ll help maintain tools and equipment, support our finishing and crating teams, make occasional deliveries and vendor runs, and take care of the everyday tasks that keep the shop organized and moving. We’re looking for someone reliable, practical, and comfortable using basic hand and woodworking tools. The position pays $20–$23 per hour with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and includes health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a matching Simple IRA. It’s a good opportunity to learn different parts of the shop, build your skills, and grow into other areas of production over time.
