Entry-Level Woodworker

Entry-Level Woodworker

If you've wanted to learn woodworking in a production shop, this is where you'll start. You'll work with solid lumber every day, cutting, milling, laminating, organizing material, and supporting the team that builds our custom doors. We don't expect years of experience—we're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, asks questions, and wants to develop real skills over time. The position pays $20–$23 per hour and includes healthcare, PTO, paid holidays, a matching IRA, and additional shop benefits. It's physical work, but you'll leave every day having learned something and contributed to products that are built entirely in-house.

A door can be built perfectly, but it's the finish that people notice first. As a Finish Specialist, you'll be responsible for the final appearance of every door before it leaves our shop. That means sanding, repairing small imperfections, applying hand finishes, inspecting your work, and preparing products for shipment. We're looking for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, stays organized, and takes satisfaction in seeing a project through its final stage. The position pays $20–$22 per hour and includes healthcare, PTO, paid holidays, and a matching IRA.
