RealCraft is hiring a Shipping Carpenter! If you love working with wood and want to grow your carpentry skills, we’d love to meet you. This full-time, entry-level position involves building shipping crates for our handcrafted doors and assisting with the finishing process, helping us deliver high-quality doors to architects and designers across the country. Located at our Gig Harbor, WA campus, you’ll join a collaborative and values-driven team dedicated to creating unique, high-quality products that homeowners can be proud of. We offer $21/hour, consistent Monday–Friday hours, an excellent healthcare package, paid holidays, a matching IRA program, and opportunities for skill development and growth. Candidates should have familiarity with standard hand tools, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Prior knowledge of door construction is a plus but not required.
