No. Installers in the network are fully independent contractors. You are not employed by or officially representing RealCraft.
When a customer requests installation support, we may share your contact information based on location and experience. The homeowner will reach out to you directly if they’re interested.
No. There is no formal contract with RealCraft. We simply maintain a directory of professionals for our customers to contact.
Primarily custom door installations, sliding door hardware setups, and related finishing work. Occasionally, specialty or large-scale projects may also come up, including carriage doors.
We recommend that installers carry appropriate insurance and licensing as required by local regulations. Customers may ask for proof of insurance before proceeding.
