The Trade Program Order Process, Explained
Log in with your credentials to access your discount tier. You can also call or email your account manager and they can draft your order for you.
Shop for your products, add to your cart, and make a 50% deposit at checkout. ACH or check payments are also available for trade members.
You account manager will review your order to make sure you have everything you need before sending your order confirmation.
Once your order is confirmed, we fulfill in-stock hardware, and the lead time for wood products or specialty hardware begins.
You'll receive an email every time you enter a new tier. Your account manager will also reach out to you directly to let you know.
As your lifetime spend increases, your account is automatically upgraded. You don’t need to reapply—just keep sourcing with RealCraft and enjoy the new benefits.
Yes. Once you're logged in, your tier discount is applied automatically to product pricing. The price you see includes your tier discount.

Payment terms vary by tier. Most trade members receive Net 30, while higher tiers unlock Net 45 terms. You can review your terms in your account or contact your account manager for details.
Returns don’t reduce your lifetime spend total. Your tier reflects the total value of purchases, not net order balance.

No—once you’ve earned a tier, you’ll keep it unless otherwise notified. We’ll always notify you if any updates are made to the program.
Yes, shipping protection is required on all orders placed by trade partners. Shipping protection costs 0.75% of your total order amount and protects against damage and losses during transit as well as stolen orders.
