RealCraft's Low Profile Sliding Door Track Kits offer a sleek design that is perfect for incorporating into most low clearance applications. The Low Profile Kit features elegant Mill Finish tracks and are ideal for barn door tracks and pocket door hardware applications where longevity and smooth operation are required.

What makes our low profile, door sliding track kits so amazing? We’re glad you asked! All Low Profile Tracks are made from a heavy duty extruded aluminum and come pre-machined with mounting holes for simple installation. Low Profile Kits and sliding door hardware are also paired with industry leading trolleys that can easily carry solid doors up to 500lb. The secret behind this is our high performance, large diameter nylon wheels and precision ground bearings which guarantee smooth running for years to come. Our trolleys also utilize a quick release top plate and self-centering door bolt, so you can ensure your door hangs plumb.

Our Low Profile Kits and sliding door hardware are easy to install and can accommodate almost every project need from single door applications, to bi-parting or bypassing, and it works great as pocket door hardware. In cases where a swinging door might bump into nearby furniture, or not be able to open all the way, our Low Profile Kits are the perfect solution!

What's Included:

    • High quality, heavy duty extruded aluminum tracks
    • Track is notched for simple trolley insertion
    • Pre-machined holes in track for simple installation
    • Large diameter, high performance nylon wheels with precision ground bearings
    • Self-centering door bolt to ensure door hangs plumb
    • Quick release top plate
    • Suitable for doors 1 3/8" to 1 3/4" thick or greater

Please Note: For bi-parting applications, we suggest using two separate tracks that join in the middle, instead of a single length track. This allows for the notches in the track to be in the center and remain accessible. When single tracks are used for bi-parting applications, the notch will not be accessible making installation or servicing impossible.

Ceiling Flush Tracks are not suitable for pre-fabricated pocket frames.

All RealCraft barn door hardware kits are machined in Washington State, USA.

Our color hardware finishes are powder-coated steel. Unfinished raw steel is just that - the metal is not treated, and it's intended to have a worn and weathered look over time. The material is susceptible to pitting and rust, giving the hardware a time-worn look that meshes well with rustic, shabby chic, and industrial design schemes.

This hardware ships free within the continental United States. Free shipping excludes expedited shipping, international shipments, and oversize orders that require LTL shipping. Fast lead time: In-stock items ship in 1-3 days! Most orders ship same day if ordered by 12 PM Pacific time.

Please Note: For bi-parting applications, we suggest using two separate tracks that join in the middle, instead of a single length track. This allows for the notches in the track to be in the center and remain accessible. When single tracks are used for bi-parting applications, the notch will not be accessible making installation or servicing impossible.

Door Collection System

This system has been designed to work with Low Profile Tracks and Ceiling Flush Tracks giving you an easy to operate cascading door collection system. The door collection system ties the doors together so there is no need for floor tracks or guides through the opening.

Doors are not included with the purchase of hardware.
