Introducing our newest carriage doors! For this collection, we wanted to create a range of designs from modern to traditional.
While they're new-ish on the website, carriage doors have been an important part of RealCraft since the beginning. Our founder Don Rees started off as a contractor making carriage doors for his custom home builds.
Then he transitioned to building carriage doors full-time. His clients loved the real wood and swinging functionality of carriage doors. After all, a one-of-a-kind home looks rather silly with a generic roll-up garage door.
So we've been building custom carriage doors since 2004. This is ourlegacy of craftsmanship--experience and expertise you can count on.
You might think that carriage doors have to have that classic, timeless look. But we say that there’s a carriage door for every home and every style. Whether your style is coastal, modern, luxe, or yes, traditional, you can upgrade your garage with real wood carriage doors. Here’s the story about each of our new designs.
Peninsula Wood Carriage Doors
Our best-selling entry door, re-imagined as carriage doors. With solid wood construction and a distinctive single-leg design with stacked horizontal planks, the Peninsula set is the ultra-modern upgrade you need--with an exclusive design you can't get anywhere else.
Ravenna Carriage Doors
This daring geometric design is sure to turn heads. Vertical and horizontal planks are stacked together in a unique configuration, with two glass panels to provide contrast. If you're looking for the height of exclusive modern design, you've found it here with the Ravenna.
Chelan Carriage Doors With Glass
The farmhouse look, elevated. A classic X brace adorns the solid wood panel, with a single glass panel at the top of the door for a touch of something modern. Embrace the union of form and function with the Chelan doors.
Astoria Carriage House Doors
This design features six narrow horizontal glass panels set in solid wood. Distinctive, directional, and definitively modern, the Astoria design is of-the-moment as it gets. Carriage doors with glass make a bold, can’t miss statement.
Ballard Carriage Doors
Nine glass lights on the top of the door meet three vertical wood panels for an ultra-traditional look. The Ballard carriage door design is an all-time classic that will look good anywhere. Fun fact: our owner and CEO Don Rees has been building carriage garage doors like these for over twenty years!
Lancaster British Brace Carriage Doors
Six glass lights at the top of the door are joined with a tongue and groove panel on the bottom, adorned with diagonal braces that make the Union Jack when the doors are closed. Bring a taste of the English countryside to your garage.
Anacortes Wooden Carriage Style Doors
This carriage door set features nine solid wood flat panels per door. Versatile and well-proportioned, it gives your garage that elegant look with the security of solid wood. If you like your luxury on the quieter side, this is the carriage style door set for you.
Bellingham Carriage Doors
The Bellingham design is simple and traditional. Four insulated glass lights at the top are married with two vertical panels, all set in solid wood framing. A design so classic, you'll never have to replace it. This is our choice for horse barns or carriage houses.
