You’ll guide people from first conversation to final order, combining practical design insight with confident sales follow-up in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. This role pays $25 per hour plus uncapped commission, with average on-target earnings around $90K and strong upside for motivated sellers, along with healthcare, PTO, paid holidays, and a matching IRA.
