Introducing Deposit Payments For Custom Orders

New from RealCraft: Deposit Payments are now available!

We’re pleased to offer deposits on orders for any custom wood product—including doors, mantels, and countertops—valued $3000 and up. Instead of paying everything up front, you can now pay 50% down and the rest in 8-10 weeks, once your project is completed and ready to ship.

Our payment deposits are straightforward. There are no credit checks, application fees, or special exceptions. There are no limits on order value. Orders made with deposits are subject to the same policies as standard orders, and free shipping is always included.

Why We're Launching Deposits

Craftsman and Craftswoman building a door and laughing

Our products are custom built here in the United States using real materials. We don’t outsource any of our woodworking, ever—it all happens here in our Gig Harbor, Washington workshop.

And our commitment to American industry has always meant that our doors have a higher price tag than what you see from big-box retailers.

We’ve been doing it this way ever since 2005, and it’s what we’ll keep doing. We don’t source doors from overseas. We build them ourselves, and we build each door to order. Always.

We’re launching deposits because we believe that everyone deserves products that are beautifully made and built to last. We don’t want price to be a barrier for anyone who values American industry, true craftsmanship, and genuine materials.

We want you to be able to make a choice that aligns with your values. When price is a limiting factor, sometimes it's hard to make aligned decisions. We're hoping that the ability to pay over time allows for more people to make purchasing choices that they can feel proud of.

The Advantage of Choosing Craftsmanship

When you purchase a RealCraft door, you can also rest assured that you’re investing in an heirloom-quality piece. We choose to use mortise and tenon joinery because it’s one of the strongest, most reliable wood joints possible. We use 100% true timber for the same reason—it's strong and it lasts. Often times lower-cost alternatives are less resilient to wear and tear so they have to be replaced more often. Investing in higher-quality home goods pays off over time.
