We’re on a mission to eliminate the soullessness of mass production and spearhead a return to craftsmanship by using genuine materials, offering unparalleled customization, and building each door by hand with time-honored techniques.
RealCraft is based in Gig Harbor, Washington. From our 16,000 square foot production shop, we handcraft and ship our solid wood doors all over the United States and Canada. We are always inspired by our surroundings here in the Pacific Northwest. The dense forests and sparkling Puget Sound remind us how important it is to use materials responsibly. In an era of disposable products, we build everything to last for decades. Because you deserve to have doors you can count on, made with the highest quality materials.

Size shown: 2/10×7/11
A full circle top entry door boasting a circular window quartered by lead and jeweled with a crystal sphere. The flaked Lacewood panel is a pleasing complement to the figured grain of the Sapele framework.
Features
Size shown: 2/8×8/10
A simple combination of horizontal and vertical, beveled and flat panels. In stark contrast to the lighter Hickory and Birdseye Maple, the dark Wenge shelf visually slices the door into a dutch.
Features
Size shown: 2/6×8/1
Named after Chartres Cathedral in France, this Gothic arched entry door is built entirely from American Black Cherry. Hand-carved vinework graces the top of the arch, adding a unique elegance unmatched by machine.
Features
Size shown: 2/10×7/11
Purity of geometry is what drives the Prairie Style entry door. Reminiscent of details drafted by the great Frank Lloyd Wright, leaded stained glass punctuates the corners of the window. Bloodwood pegs highlight the door’s structure, solidly constructed of Quartersawn White Oak.
Features
Size shown: 2/4×7/11
This simple all-Afrormosia door features raised panels and leaded glass. The cranberry-colored Bloodwood makes a crisp window stop and Dutch shelf.
Features
Size shown: 2/8×7/11
The dynamic angles of the Lacewood herringbone paneling are soothed by the rich mocha tones of this door’s Walnut framework. The crowning touch is a multicolored shelf, crafted with strips of a variety of exotic hardwoods.
Features
Size shown: 2/8×7/11
The original ‘Lone Wolf’ door is the Orc. Usually manufactured from our Reclaimed Douglas Fir, this door is built to mark the territory of great men: thinkers, dreamers, and doers. A patchwork of distressed metals skins the panels, flanking the triptych of leaded windows.
Features
Size shown: 3×7/11
A harmonious arrangement of panels is what identifies the Quartet. The dark Wenge panels sit inside an Eastern Hard Maple frame, perhaps the door boasting the most contrast in the material.
Features
1¾” White Maple
Weather stripped jamb assembly
Raised Wenge panels
Ball bearing butt hinges – Dark Bronze
Ashley Norton Entry set
Chamfered details
Size shown: 2/8×7/11
Edgar Allen Poe’s dark writings unveil the Raven door’s mystery. This stately design is enriched by the deep chocolate brown tones of Wenge. “Quoth the Raven, ‘Nevermore.’”
Features
Size shown: 2/6×7/2
The simplicity of the Equestrian Crossbuck is a tribute to early craftsmanship. This door is a suited addition to a barn’s exterior as an entry door. The warmth of the Rustic Alder also makes it a great choice for your interior door style.
