The motors currently provided in the Franklin opener kit are rated for doors up to 550 pounds and up to 10' per door leaf in size. If you have a special application, or doors that exceed the these motor capabilities, please call 1-800-694-5977 and we will be happy to assist you. We do have other motor options to fit most applications. The standard Franklin model is set up as 110V, and the motors are 24V. If you need 230V, please call us to special order. RealCraft does have available exit probes or loop detectors on a special order basis. There are many options available such as vehicle detection or door activation.
