The CL100 LaviLock is an ADA lavatory barn door lock designed with ease of use and longevity of service in mind. The brass and stainless steel working components ensure reliability and stand up to the outdoor environments ADA lavatory locks are often installed into.
The LaviLock features easy to read “Vacant / In Use” lettering and ‘fail-safe’ Exit Free functionality. This ADA sliding door hardware is driven by a lever-operated mechanism that is easy to grasp with one hand, ensuring the lock meets ADA Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities.
We encourage all of our builders to offer facilities that are accessible and welcoming to people with disabilities, this is why we offer many ADA sliding door hardware products. Pocket doors are simpler for people with limited mobility to maneuver through then swinging doors. We encourage you to make your place of business ADA compliant today!
IMPORTANT: Operable parts of hardware must be mounted 34 inches (865mm) minimum and 48 inches (1220 mm) maximum above the finished floor to meet ADA guidelines. Always check State and Federal guidelines relating to the specific project.
RealCraft is proud to have partnered with "Cavity Sliders" to offer the CL100 ADA LaviLock.
*If LaviLock is to be installed into areas where there is exposure to corrosive environments, e.g. high chlorine or salt concentration, contact us for an appropriate solution.
