The motors have a weight rating of up to 550lbs per door, and heights up to 10 feet per door. If you have doors that exceed the these limits, please call 1-800-694-5977 and we'll assist you. We have specialized motor options available upon request. The standard Franklin model is set up as 110V, and the motors are 24V. If you need 230V, please call us to special order.
