We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
Most stocked orders placed by 12:00pm Pacific Time ship the same day. This does not include doors, special finishes, Industrial Heavy-Duty hardware, custom cuts, high volume orders, or special order hardware. Please check the specific product page's "availability" section or speak with a sales associate to verify that your order items are in stock. Call us 1.800.694.5977.
Special Order items such as (but not limited to) custom track lengths and special finishes have a 2-3 week lead time. Orders that include a special order item will be shipped all together once the special order item is available, unless otherwise arranged. Large orders of several items may have increased lead times. If ordering in bulk, it is advised to speak to a customer service representative by phone or email.
We use FedEx and DHL shipping carriers. Free shipping is available on purchases of $200 or more to any location within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. Free shipping is not available for Hawaii or Alaska and may not be available for orders requiring LTL shipping. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and are calculated at checkout.
Most oversize, heavy or oddly shaped items (Freight) must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Due to the nature of this service, we cannot offer expedited shipping. Delivery is by appointment Monday - Friday depending on your area.
Note to Canadian customers: The brokerage fees and Canadian taxes are charged at the door by the shipping carrier (FedEx) when the shipment is delivered. The shipping carrier will not deliver the shipment unless they receive full payment at the door. The shipping carrier handles the brokerage fees and Canadian taxes so we do not know what they will be. Please contact FedEx if you would like specifics on that amount.
Return Policy: All hardware and barn door kit returns must be made within 30 days from date of receipt. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours. No returns accepted without prior authorization. All returned goods must be accompanied by your invoice and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Returns cannot be accepted if products have been installed. Special Order items such as (but not limited to) special finishes and/or custom lengths are non-cancelable/non-returnable. Barn Door Kits that have a finish and are pre-assembled cannot be returned.
