Smart Home Connector (Franklin)

$149.00

Enhance the functionality of your Franklin door opener with this smart home connector—no other accessories or hubs required. It offers three ways to connect to your Franklin door opener:

Bluetooth: Control your doors even when WiFi is not available, or internet service is down.

Wi-Fi: Connect to your home WiFi and control your doors from anywhere in your house. In this mode, no data goes through the internet.

Internet: You can operate and monitor your doors from anywhere in the world.

It also works in parallel with your traditional remote controller.

The Smart Home Connector is compatible with Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and SmartThings so you can use voice commands to open or close your garage doors. Add a personal phrase in the Remootio app and open or close your doors with Siri shortcuts.

Easy key-sharing: Share keys with family and friends or even Airbnb guests via QR code or via text message. App-free key-sharing is also available, ideal for managing guests or deliveries. Let anyone in with one tap.

You have full control over which users have access to your gate or garage via Bluetooth, WiFi and Internet.

Limit when users can operate the doors: set a start date and an end date for guests, or a weekly recurring pattern for service personnel.

Check whether your doors are open or closed from the Remootio app any time, or ask Alexa or Google home.

What’s included in the package:

  • Remootio 3 device
  • Sensor (for detecting if your door is open or closed)
  • USB power adapter (5 Volts)
