The Garage Door Magnetic Lock adds an extra layer of security to the existing protection mechanism on the Edison or Fremont Automatic Door Opener. This easy-to-install Plug & Play magnetic accessory locks the motor in any position and guards against attack forces of up to 660 lbs.
- Requires 660 lbs. of direct force on the motor carriage to break the locking mechanism (independently certified)
- Durable and reliable operation
- Install with ease with a Plug & Play connection
- Pin releases into the flywheel of the motor and locks it into place when the operator is not running
- Lock retracts automatically when the operator activates
