If you're looking for a rugged exterior door hanger that will stand up to heavy-duty use, our marine grade Stainless Steel Flat Track Exterior Sliding Barn Door Hardware is the golden ticket.

This hardware combines the sleek look of our Classic Flat Track with industrial-strength carrying capacity. Weight rated up to 800lbs per pair of hangers, this hardware kit is ideal for industrial applications and very heavy doors. All three finish options are suitable for both interior and exterior use. Made of solid steel, the track and hangers are the most rugged flat track we offer. Use it for barns, warehouses, or just phenomenally heavy doors.

This product consists of heavy-duty sliding door tracks and rollers that are made to order. This product is not returnable.


If you are ordering two or more tracks, you can join them together with a splice plate, but this is optional.

What's In the Kit?

  • Standoff base for track
  • 2x stationary end stops for each set of 2 hangers

Lag bolts are sold separately and are 7 inches. The lag bolts we offer are suitable for wood only; they will not work for drilling into steel, concrete, or other materials.

Please note that doors are not included with the purchase of hardware.
Sizing Guide

Sizing For A Single Barn Door

Multiply your door width by two to get the correct track length.

Example: For a 3' wide barn door, you'd need a 6' barn door hardware kit.

Sizing For Bi-Parting Barn Doors

You'll need to add the door widths together and then multiply that sum by two.

Example: For two 3' wide bi-parting doors, you'll need a 12' track. When you make your selections in the menu, change the quantity of doors on track to the correct amount. That way we can send you all the hangers and additions you'll need.

If your door requires a track length that falls between sizes, you can round up to the next size and add the adjustable end stop. This will allow you to choose where the doors tops on the track. We are also able to cut tracks to your specifications.
