We made our box rail hardware kits to solve two problems: heavy duty industrial doors need strong enough hardware to hold them up, and they need to move easily and safely. We couldn't find a box rail kit that fit the bill, so we engeneered our own.
We make our Box Rail Kits with the utmost attention to detail. We make our trolley hangers in stainless steel with ball bearings and high-quality polymer wheels. Traditional box rails are extruded through roller dies. We have ours individually bent to our specifications on a metal bending brake to create super crisp corners and perfect samples. These features make the system roll smoothly, even if the door is heavy. It rolls so smoothly you can push the door open with virtually no effort. So it's an accessible and easy-to-operate sliding hardware solution to everyone.
Every kit we ship include a pair of End Stop to ensure your door stays on track. We also include End Covers for the end of the rails for a concise and polished look.
And if you choose the soffit mount option, we designed ours, so they're super easy to install.

There are several possible mounting and door configuration options. Multiple doors can be added to the track. Simply make sure to change the “quantity of doors on track” to the number of doors you’ll be using, so we can send you the hardware you’ll need.
Side Mount: the hardware attaches to the wall
Soffit Mount: the hardware attaches to the ceiling or soffit
Bypassing:Two or more doors that slide in front of each other in their respective tracks
Single Door: One door on a single track
Bi-parting: two doors on a single track. The doors meet at the center of the track.
