We made our box rail hardware kits to solve two problems: Heavy and industrial-size doors need strong enough hardware to hold them up, and they need to move easily. We couldn't find a box rail kit that fit the bill, so we created our own polished and strong Box Rail.
We make our Box Rail kits with the utmost attention to detail. We make our trolley hangers in stainless steel with ball bearings and high-quality polymer wheels. Commonly, box rails are extruded through roller dies. We have ours individually bent to our specifications on a metal bending brake.This gives our track super crisp corners. These features make the system roll smoothly, even if the door is heavy. It rolls so smoothly you can push the door open with virtually no effort. So it's easy to use for everyone, including kiddos and elderly folks.
Every Box Rail Kit ships with End Stops that ensure the door does not derail from the track and an End Cover for an elegant and concise final look.
And if you choose the soffit mount option, we designed ours, so they're super easy to install.

All RealCraft barn door hardware kits are machined in Washington State, USA.
Our color hardware finishes are powder-coated steel. Unfinished raw steel is just that - the metal is not treated, and it's intended to have a worn and weathered look over time. The material is susceptible to pitting and rust, giving the hardware a time-worn look that meshes well with rustic, shabby chic, and industrial design schemes.
This hardware ships free within the continental United States. Free shipping excludes expedited shipping, international shipments, and oversize orders that require LTL shipping. Fast lead time: In-stock items ship in 1-3 days! Most orders ship same day if ordered by 12 PM Pacific time.
If you're adding a Soft Stop to your flat track hardware, keep in mind that it's recommended for interior use only. Soft stops can be used with flat tracks 5' and longer. If using two soft stops (one at each end of the track), this configuration is compatible with one-piece tracks over 12 feet in length, or with 2-piece tracks 10 feet in length and longer. There are several possible mounting and door configuration options. Multiple doors can be added to the track. Simply make sure to change the “quantity of doors on track” to the number of doors you’ll be using, so we can send you the hardware you’ll need.
Side Mount: the hardware attaches to the wall
Soffit Mount: the hardware attaches to the ceiling or soffit
Single Door: One door on a single track
Bi-parting: two doors on a single track. The doors meet at the center of the track.
