Our Stainless Box Rail Bypass Barn Door Hardware features unsurpassed craftsmanship in every component. From the specially designed trolleys to the precisely machined stainless steel track, this is the bypassing barn door hardware you've been searching for. 

A bypassing door configuration, where doors slide past each other, takes up less space than double swinging doors, offering an elegant solution for tight spaces.

Bypassing doors work best for concealing large openings, such as closets, office nooks, and openings between kitchens and dining rooms.

Please note that bi-parting bypassing door configurations are not recommended. Biparting bypassing systems require a floor guide in the middle of the door opening, which creates a tripping hazard when doors are open.

Select a track length at least twice the width of your door.

Rail lengths over 10ft will come in multiple pieces that can be assembled on site and easily cut down for specific needs. For longer rail lengths, custom cut sizing, and custom powder coated colors give us a call.

Sizing Guide

Sizing For A Single Barn Door

Multiply your door width by two to get the correct track length.

Example: For a 3' wide barn door, you'd need a 6' barn door hardware kit.

If your door requires a track length that falls between sizes, you can round up to the next size and add the adjustable end stop. This will allow you to choose where the doors tops on the track. We are also able to cut tracks to your specifications.

There are several possible mounting and door configuration options. Multiple doors can be added to the track. Simply make sure to change the “quantity of doors on track” to the number of doors you’ll be using, so we can send you the hardware you’ll need. 

  • Side Mount: the hardware attaches to the wall 
  • Soffit Mount: the hardware attaches to the ceiling or soffit
  • Bypassing:Two or more doors that slide in front of each other in their respective tracks
  • Single Door: One door on a single track
